photoshop: zooming background effect

             Lets see how to create zooming background using photoshop

;

step 1:
              open photoshop then go file -> new -> select width and height as 1000 x 1000 px -> ok

step 2:
                unlock the layer (double click on the present layer and click on ok)
 

step 3: 

             then set foreground color as black and background color as white

step 4:
                then select filter ->  render -> difference clouds

step 5:
                then again go filter -> sketch -> chrome -> detail = 10 -> smoothness = 0 -> ok

 

step 6:

filter -> blur -> radial blur -> amount = 80 -> blur method = zoom ->

                  quantity= good -> ok

step 7:

                press cntl + U -> select colorize (tick mark) -> adjust the hue and clck ok (color which u
                want.)

 

 step 8: 

                then open file (select the photo which u want to apply this background effect)

step 9:

                by using pen tool select the out line of the person -> right click -> make selection ->

                edit -> copy (or just press ctrl + C ) -> and past it on the background -> adjust the 

                photo by using move tool.

step 10:
                   using ctrl + J copy the layer -> then select the 1st layer

step 11:
                 go filter -> blur -> radial blur -> amount=80 -> zoom= good -> ok

step 12:
                   merge the layers using ctrl + E.
                   your out put is ready now.. u will get the out some what like bellows pic...
